Annual is paid up front for 12 months at the lower price, for the number of people you choose. If someone leaves, their seat is free for the next starter. Monthly is billed each month on actual headcount and you can cancel any time. You can switch to annual whenever you like.
Nothing on the invoice. You paid for a number of seats, and the next person who joins takes the empty one. If you need more seats than you bought, we add them at the same rate for the months left in the year.

On Enterprise, yes. Each entity or country gets its own workspace, with its own currency and leave rules, under one account and one invoice. On every other plan, one workspace is one company.

No. SST is added as a separate line on the invoice, at the rate that applies in Malaysia.
