Pay your crew. Keep your weekend.

And keep your four weeks. Yes, the Fair Work kind.

fourweeks is payroll and HR software for Australian teams. It runs pay, super and leave in one place, with an app your crew will use. Set it up in an afternoon. We open in February 2027.

One email when doors open, nothing else.

You are on the list. We will email you once, when it is your turn.

  • Payday Super is built in.
  • STP Phase 2 is lodged as you go.
  • Fair Work awards are read for you.
  • It is made for Australian teams.

Super is now due every payday.

From 1 July 2026, super is due within 7 business days of each payday, not each quarter. The ATO clearing house closed the same day, and STP now reports super on every run. If pay still lives in a spreadsheet, that is three new ways to get a letter from the ATO.

fourweeks was built for the new rules. They are the default, not a setting.

Big company HR, minus the big company.

Pay, super, leave, new starters and an app for your crew.

Everyone paid

Employees, casuals and ABN contractors go on one pay run. Payslips go out and everyone is paid on time.

Super, on payday

Super is sent with every pay run and lands inside the 7 business day window. You can see when each payment reached the fund.

Time off, sorted

Your crew asks for leave from their phone and you approve from yours. Balances update themselves.

New starters

Onboarding takes an afternoon. The TFN declaration, super choice and a signed contract are collected before day one.

Awards, read for you

Pick the award once. Base rates, penalties and loadings come from it, and update when Fair Work changes them.

Payslips, in their pocket

Payslips, leave balances and bank details sit in a simple app. Priya finds her own payslip, so you do not get the text.

From first hire to first payday, before knock-off.

Add your crew

Type them in once, or bring your list and year-to-date figures across from Xero or MYOB.

Run pay

Check the numbers and hit run. Payslips, STP and super all go out the same afternoon.

Go home

Leave, new starters and payslip questions sort themselves out in the app. We message you only when something needs you.

For owners who still do their own payroll.

Cafes, trades, clinics, shops and small offices, where payday is one of the owner's jobs.

Cafes and restaurants

Casuals, split shifts and Sunday rates come from the award, not from you.

Trades

Apprentices, allowances and the odd ABN subbie go on one pay run.

Clinics and studios

Part-timers work odd hours, and the receptionist gets her payslip on her phone.

Retail

Weekend rates, public holidays and a new junior every school holidays are handled without a spreadsheet.

Small offices and agencies

Salaries, leave balances and a contractor or two are the quiet kind of payroll.

See your business in it.

Fifteen minutes with your real questions. We set up your company, add a few of your people and show you what Monday looks like. There is no sales call afterwards.

No jokes here. This is what is covered.

Single Touch Payroll Phase 2

Every pay run is lodged with the ATO as you run it, including super liability.

Payday Super

Super is sent with each pay run through a SuperStream clearing house and tracked to the fund.

Super guarantee

It is 12% on qualifying earnings, calculated per pay run and per person.

Fair Work awards

Base rates, penalties and loadings come from the award you choose, and update when Fair Work updates them.

Payslips

They go out within one working day of payday, with everything Fair Work requires.

Records

Seven years of pay and leave records are kept and can be exported any time.

Your accountant

Invite them for free. They see what you see.

Your data is hosted in Sydney and encrypted.

A few things we have decided.

Because we have used the other software too.

No setup consultant

Set it up yourself in an afternoon, or we do it with you on a call. Both are free.

Plain pricing

From $8 per person, per month on an annual plan, and free for up to 5 people. No add-ons and no setup fee.

A person answers

You get a human, usually the same day, not a ticket number.

Your data leaves with you

Export everything, any time. If you leave, we make it easy.

No tracking your crew

There is no location tracking. The app is for leave and payslips, not for watching people.

Fair questions.

These are the ones we get asked most.

What is fourweeks?

Payroll and HR software for Australian businesses. It runs pay, super, leave and onboarding in one place, with Single Touch Payroll and Payday Super built in.

Is fourweeks Single Touch Payroll compliant?

Yes. Every pay run is reported to the ATO under STP Phase 2 as you run it. There is nothing to lodge separately.

Does fourweeks handle Payday Super?

Yes. Super goes out with each pay run and lands within the 7 business day window. If a payment bounces, you hear about it first.

Can I move across from Xero, MYOB or Employment Hero?

Yes. Bring your employee list and year-to-date figures across. If you like, we do the first import with you on a call.

What does it cost?

Free for up to 5 people. Crew is $8 per person, per month, plus GST, on an annual plan. Pay, which adds payroll, super and STP, is $12. Everything is $15. Monthly costs a little more. Groups with several companies get an Enterprise quote. There is no setup fee and no lock-in.

Do my staff need to download an app?

They can. Payslips, leave requests and their own details are all in it. Payslips by email work too.

When does fourweeks open?

February 2027. We let teams in from the waitlist in the order they joined.

Why is it called fourweeks?

Four weeks is the annual leave a full-time worker in Australia gets each year. We named the company after the best part of the job and look after the other forty-eight.

Is it only for Australia?

Payroll runs in Australia today. People, leave and rosters also run for teams in India, Sri Lanka and Malaysia, with payroll for those countries on the roadmap.

What if it is not for me?

Export everything and cancel from your account. There is no phone call and no retention offer.

See you in February.

We let teams in a few at a time. Join the list and you get one email when it is your turn.
