Anyone who has started and has not left. Employees, casuals and contractors count the same. Your accountant is free.
Annual is paid up front for 12 months at the lower price, for the number of people you choose. If someone leaves, their seat is free for the next starter. Monthly is billed each month on actual headcount and you can cancel any time. You can switch to annual whenever you like.
Nothing on the invoice. You paid for a number of seats, and the next person who joins takes the empty one. If you need more seats than you bought, we add them at the same rate for the months left in the year.
Free covers up to 5 people. Crew and Pay are billed for at least 5 people, Everything for at least 10. Smaller teams pay the minimum.
People records, leave, onboarding checklists and the employee app, for up to 5 people, with no card needed. Timesheets, rosters, policies, certificates, reports and payroll are in the paid plans. When the sixth person joins, you move to Crew.
On Enterprise, yes. Each entity or country gets its own workspace, with its own currency and leave rules, under one account and one invoice. On every other plan, one workspace is one company.
Yes. Upgrades start straight away. Downgrades start from your next bill. Nothing you entered is lost.
No. GST is added as a separate line on the invoice, at the rate that applies in Australia.
